White Night

White Night and end of Summer Late Nights

From 11 September 2010

Next Saturday, 11 September, sees the annual celebration of White Night in Madrid. The Museum is taking part by offering the public the chance to visit Ghirlandaio and the Renaissance in Florence until 3am, and with free entry from 9pm. That day is also the last in which the exhibition offers summer opening hours, having been open until 11pm since the end of June; for this reason it will remain open all day from 10am to 3am, with free entry from 9pm. Also open during those hours are the shop, located at the end of the exhibition, and the cafeteria-terrace in the garden. The Mirador del Museo restaurant will also open that night for dinner for the last time this season.

These special opening hours in conjunction with White Night bring Museum Nights to an end for this year. The exhibition Ghirlandaio and the Renaissance in Florence remains on display until 10 October with its normal opening hours, from 10am to 7pm, Tuesdays to Sundays.
