Art +Dj Music for visiting Heroines

From 14 May to 04 June 2011

Three djs will offer musical interpretations of the exhibition Heroines with music played or composed by women: from Billie Holiday to PJ Harvey via Patti Smith, Bebel Gilberto, Chavela Vargas and Aretha Franklin, to name just a few. The djs are Silvia Grijalba (14 May), José Manuel Gómez, DJ Gufi (21 May) and Santi Ricart (28 May). To mark the end of the exhibition Nacho Mastretta, accompanied by Diego Galaz, will perform in the galleries, playing the clarinet, violin, trumpet, mandolin and saw. These events are included in the price of the ticket to the exhibition, except on 14 May, which is Museums Night with free entry from 7pm.
