New Display of the Collections
From 26 February to 2 June 2013
From September to June
1 December 2011 sees the launch of a new educational programme aimed at the general public visiting the Museum. Starting on that day and taking place from Tuesdays to Fridays at 12.30pm, members of the Museum’s educational team will be offering short presentations of the collections, their history, contents and display. The aim is to offer visitors the keys for planning their subsequent unaccompanied route around the Museum in order to make it as enriching as possible. As backup material for the talks, the team members will make use of the tactile screens located on each floor that offer visitors plans of the galleries with the location of each work, a timeline in which these works are located, details on the artists and subject-matter etc. Overall, this activity will optimise the experience of visiting the Museum. The talks will be given in Spanish to groups of no more than 25 people and will last 45 minutes. ACTIVITY INCLUDED IN THE GENERAL ENTRANCE TICKET
