ART WORKSHOP: In the Skin of the Savage

14, 15 and 21 December 2012

The new season of workshops for adults based around the Museum’s temporary exhibitions and organised by the Education Department starts in December with In the Skin of the Savage. It will adopt a practical approach in order to analyse the techniques and procedures used by Gauguin in his paintings. It takes place over three sessions, and will offer a visit to the exhibition, another to the Botanical Gardens and an introductory session to pictorial techniques given by Arantxa Serraller, resident artist of Windsor & Newton, Liquitex and Conté. Enrolment for students and Friends opens on 5 December (30 Euros) and on 10 December for the general public (40 Euros).
