In conjunction with the exhibition at the Museum currently devoted to Gustave Caillebotte, its curator, Marina Ferretti, director of exhibitions and research at the Musée des Impressionnismes Giverny, was been givne a free lecture on Thursday 29 September of 2016.

It was focused on different aspects that define the career of this Impressionist painter, from his famous depictions of the new quarters of Haussmann’s Paris to his first plein air studies painted on the family estate at Yerres and his years of complete devotion to garden painting at his own home in Petit Gennevilliers.
