On occassion of the late opening of the temporary exhibition on Saturdays until 11 p.m. Silvia Grijalba inaugurated on Saturday 14th May, Art and DJs, an initiative that gave the Heroins exhibition an exclusive soundtrack with three DJs in turn taking their inspiration from the works on display to choose their music. José Manuel Gómez, DJ Gufi on Saturday 21st May and Santi Ricart on Saturday 28th May brought along “guest artists” Billie Holiday, Nico, Chavela Vargas, Laurie Anderson, Miriam Makeba, Patti Smith, PJ Harvey, Bebel Gilberto, Fernanda y Bernarda, Aretha Franklin, Diamanda Galas, Maruja Garrido, Morcheeba, Celeste Mendoza, Buika, Julie London, U_Mä, La Mala, Fontella Bass, Dolores Vargas la Terremoto, Joni Mitchell, Air, Massive Attack and many others.
