The Thyssen-Bornemisza Foundation Collection communicates its contracting entity´s profile through its institutional web page, in order to ensure transparency and public access to information relating to its contractual activity and in to order to comply with the provisions established in article 42 of Law 30/2007, of October 30th, on Public Sector Contracts.

The data and information required in the contracting sphere have been included in the profile in order to achieve a more fluid and transparent relation between bidders and the contracting body.
