Paul Klee and his painting Revolving House (1921) are the protagonists of the September edition of the “Focus on the work” programme.

In this activity exclusively for Friends, works from the collection are explained and discussed by the museum’s curators. On this occasion Marta Ruiz del Árbol, curator of Modern Painting at the Museo Thyssen, will be inviting participants to look closer at this geometric construction, painted by Klee during his Bauhaus years. It exemplifies the artist’s intellectual curiosity, as well as his unique assimilation of the different artistic trends he encountered.
