One of the museum’s strategic objectives is to make its facilities and services universally accessible. Accessibility is integrated into the management of the museum, bearing in mind that it is necessary to maintain the effort and move forward.

The universal accessibility certificate awarded by AENOR is recognition of the museum’s effort and compromise to the universal accessibility of its facilities, services and activities, as well as an incentive to further advance in the right of people with disabilities to engage in its activities.

If you need any help, you can call +34 917 911 370 or contact us by email at cavthyssen@museothyssen.org. You can also consult the museum's different accessible spaces and resources on our map.

The accessibility information is subject to change due to the measures taken to ensure the safety of all the visitors.

Only guide dogs and emotional support pets are allowed (on presentation of a medical certificate).
