Monodrama is a trio from Madrid formed by Alberto Brenes on drums, David Sancho on piano and Mauricio Gómez on saxophone. They are one of the most recognized formations of the national jazz scene, and one of the most active, with each of its members forming part of various formations. Monodrama seeks to revisit the past and find links with the music of the present, under the peak of jazz fused with new trends.
