Pacheco and Zamorano Azócar are artists and researchers whose collaborative practice explores the connections between territory, memory, body, and more-than-human ecologies. They use transdisciplinary methods that combine living arts, research, and community processes to carry out projects that delve into epistemologies of nature, ancestral lore, and poetic forms of knowledge. Their work approaches water, spirituality, infrastructure, contemporary ritual, and embodied memory as spaces for imagining other ways of inhabiting and caring for the world, generating participatory experiences where the sensory, the political, and the ecological intertwine.
