Noelia Ruiz (born Malaga, 1997) is a flamenco dancer with a solid artistic and academic career. She started training at the age of three and completed her professional studies at the Pepa Flores Conservatory, obtaining a higher training qualification in Pedagogy of Flamenco Dance in Madrid, alongside a masters in cultural management. Neolia Ruiz has trained alongside great figures of flamenco and since 2019 has been a member of the Spanish National Ballet.
She has also worked with Enrique Vicent and Antonio Canales’s companies, performing in works such as Bullfighter, and has performed at prestigious specialist flamenco venues in Madrid. Her talent has been recognised with awards such as the Special Prize of the Andalusian Regional Government and the National Dance Education Award.
