A route through the Collection. The artist’s studio

A new course for Friends will allow for a focus on artists’ creative processes while analysing issues such as the influence of their years of training and the techniques that they employed. Weekly sessions in March and April will offer participants an alternative route around the works in the Permanent Collection, looking at different periods and artistic movements and emphasising the studio as the fundamental setting for the creation of all works of art.
