The Thyssen Through the Eyes Of…

The series The Thyssen Through the Eyes Of… comprises a series of events that invite museum staff to share their personal tours of the collection with participants. As part of the LabThyssen program, these events open the museum’s doors to Young Friends through guided tours, first-person accounts, and cross-cutting perspectives that allow visitors to discover the museum from the viewpoint of those who inhabit it and make it possible on a daily basis. 

Far from traditional narratives, these initiatives foster new ways of engaging with the artworks, connecting knowledge, experience, and sensitivity in tours that highlight the diversity of perspectives coexisting at the Thyssen.
