This November sees the 19th edition of the programme Travelling with the painting. On this occasion Friends have the opportunity to visit Florence and follow in the footsteps of Fra Angelico’s The Virgin of Humility, which the museum has temporarily loaned for inclusion in the exhibition on that Renaissance master scheduled this autumn by the Palazzo Strozzi.

The trip will be complemented by visits to the monastery of San Marco and to locations in the city associated with the Medici and Michelangelo with the aim of discovering the artistic and political splendour of Renaissance Florence.
