#Thyssen25: A Photographic Chronicle

Inaugurations and distinguished visitors; life in the temporary exhibition galleries and the museum’s press conferences; works and the signing of collaborative agreements… all these have been the subject of photographs over the 25 years of the life of the Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza. As a result, and based on images from the Museum’s archives, others belonging to Baroness Thyssen’s staff and some from the archives of various publications, the Museum is displaying a selection of photographs that together present a chronicle of the past quarter of a century of art in Madrid.
