The Córdoba-born flamenco dancer Pilar Díaz, who trained in flamenco, began her career at the Luis del Río Professional Dance Conservatory in Córdoba and completed the Advanced Training in Dance Pedagogy in Madrid. She has developed an extremely active stage career in Spain and abroad, participating in productions such as The Flamenco Saeta, Carmen and Three Cultures, and in companies such as Las Minas Flamenco Tour and Carmen Cortés. 

Since 2018 she has danced in specialist venues in Madrid and has been a regular performer at the Terraza Flamenco Dance Festival in Córdoba. Pilar Díaz has developed a parallel teaching career in dance schools and centres and is currently part of Elena Andújar's team.
