Lisi Sfair

A flamenco dancer based in Madrid since 2009, Lisi Sfair has a solid academic training with renowned masters of contemporary flamenco. She has spent much of her artistic career performing in the capital’s leading flamenco venues, establishing herself as a performer with an impeccable technique and powerful stage presence. 

In Madrid she has participated in festivals such as Suma Flamenca and Veranos de la Villa, in addition to touring and performing in various European and Latin American countries. 

Sfair’s work is characterised by a constant search for dialogue between flamenco tradition and new creative contexts, bringing this art to a diversity of cultural spaces and to audiences from different backgrounds. 

She currently combines her activities as a performer with the management of the Flamenco Cultural Centre of Madrid, maintaining the stage as the principal focus of her professional career.
