Fundación Grünenthal

The Grunenthal Foundation was established in 2000 with the aim of improving the quality of life of patients living with pain—an objective that is evident in every step it takes and every initiative it supports. Guided by this mission, its activities focus on developing initiatives related to knowledge advancement, education, and public awareness, all aimed at alleviating the impact of suffering and the decline in quality of life experienced by those who live with pain.

Art serves as a powerful tool for raising social awareness, helping the public reflect on the impact of pain on daily life, as well as on the mental and physical health of those who endure it. For this reason, this project contributes to breaking down stigmas, encouraging dialogue, and promoting a more human and holistic approach to pain—one that goes beyond the purely medical or scientific perspective.

In this way, the experience allows the public not only to witness the pain of others but to feel and understand it in a deeper, more sensory way.
