#AperitivosThyssen. Spring 2022
This year, the Alhambra Moments / #AperitivosThyssen are back for spring, in a new edition to be held in the museum's auditorium.
Under the title Fantasía (Fantasy), this new edition brings together music and painting, taking as inspiration concepts such as the dreamlike, the exotic, the fantastic or the miraculous present in some of the works in the collection, such as those chosen to accompany each performance. With this pictorial-musical exploration, we want to connect these historical representations with the present, reflecting the surreal and fantastic character of our contemporary reality.
The guest musicians are Marina Herlop, Ferran Palau, Sandra Monfort and Simona.

Simona x The Adoration of the Child
Simona is an Argentine artist based in Barcelona. She frees her music from stereotypes, relishing the eternal dichotomy between good and evil. She continues to open her collage universe to the public, creating new sounds full of feelings, emotions, and stories as personal as they can be extrapolated, thus she connects with the audience.

Marina Herlop x Amusement Park
Marina Herlop brings her classical music background up to date with the latest trends in electronic music. Through her themes, accompanied by a very careful staging, she creates open atmospheres that stimulate the imagination and invite us to enter otherworldly landscapes. Proof of this is Miu, the first single from his new album, Pripyat.

Ferran Palau x Mata Mua (Once upon a time)
Ferran Palau's music is structured within the framework of soft-pop and is endowed with an intimate character. He is currently immersed in a tour of different venues and festivals presenting his last two albums, released in 2021: Parc, where he talks about suffering love, and Joia, an album in which he creates a sincere and honest atmosphere through the intimacy of voice and guitar

Sandra Monfort x Still and always
Sandra Monfort is a composer, guitarist and singer. She is a member of the group Marala and has just released her new album Niño Reptil Ángel, in which she combines traditional, avant-garde and electronic music, with touches of classical music, flamenco and pop. His songs speak of the human condition, the vulnerability of the soul, its strengths and fragilities.
