To coincide with the latest edition of PhotoEspaña, Fundación MAPFRE is presenting two exhibitions on key figures of modern photography: Carlos Pérez Siquier and Paolo Gasparini. Friends of the Museum can now discover and learn more about their work in a tour of the exhibitions taking place in the galleries.

The retrospective on Pérez Siquier, a key figure for modern photography in Spain, includes his most important series as well as previously unpublished images. Paolo Gasparini’s photographs reflect Latin America’s cultural and social tensions through a distinctive visual language that expresses a critique of consumer society.
