Within the context of the exhibition Pedagogies of War, the museum and TBA21 are presenting a listening performance based on an archive of missile, artillery and drone sounds in Ukrainian cities, compiled by Ukrainian multidisciplinary artist Ihor Babaiev since 2022. In it, fellow Ukrainian artist Daria Zhuravel plays a fictional archivist and invites the audience to a collective session in which personal reflections fill the spaces between the sounds of war.

The work transforms spectators into active participants and demonstrates that no archive is neutral, as each record is marked by a body, a moment and a choice. Without images and focused on repetition and doubt, the performance reflects life in Ukraine today: an existence characterised by uncertainty and constant tension.
