Recital Dreams made of light

To coincide with the exhibition Hammershøi. The Eye That Listens, the museum and the Victoria de los Ángeles Foundation are presenting a recital of Swedish songs performed by the soprano Miah Persson, accompanied by pianist Magnus Svensson. They will perform a programme inspired by Hammershøi in this second concert in Madrid from the LIFE Victoria series. The soprano made her debut in the series with a recital dedicated to Mozart and the Countess of Almaviva, on the occasion of the centenary of the Foundation, while Svensson made his debut, together with Iréne Theorin, at the University of Barcelona in 2017. The programme will also feature LIFE New Artists Patricia Rijnhout (soprano) and Omar Sánchez (piano).
