Hercules at the Court of Omphale

The museum has released an interactive publication on the restoration process of the painting Hercules at the Court of Omphale by Hans Cranach. Restoration and technical study. Along with the restored painting, it includes before and after images of the art work, as well as a video with details of the procedure, materials analysis, X-rays, infra-red reflectography and ultraviolet and high resolution photographs.
