Art has historically been a reflection of the political and social contexts of its time. Through the museum's collection, Eduardo Madina, a former member of parliament and partner at Harmon, will be presenting an overview of how artists have represented power, conflict, identity and territorial tensions throughout history.

This exclusive LabThyssen activity encourages young people to rethink the selected works from a geopolitical perspective and connect them with today’s debates, offering a current and critical look at the collection and an opportunity to discover how art not only narrates history but also constructs political and cultural imaginaries.
