Telefónica

The Musée National Picasso-Paris and the Spanish National Commission, with the support of Telefónica as the collaborating company of the commemoration in Spain, have joined forces to organize the Picasso Celebration 1973-2023 program to deepen, update and disseminate his work.

The Picasso Celebration 1973-2023 is an international program carried out in Spain by Acción Cultural Española, under the auspices of the National Commission for the Commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Death of Pablo Picasso, which has organized forty-three exhibitions and a large number of events in prestigious cultural institutions in Europe and North America, all of which deal with a historiographical analysis of Picasso's work.

Telefónica has the necessary tools for citizens to participate in the artistic manifestations of the artist, joining other projects of the company and promoting the development of society through technology and innovation, through the website of the commemoration.

Telefónica wanted to participate in a celebration that reflects the universality of culture and art, helping to connect all those who wish to connect with the figure of Pablo Picasso. An artist with an integrative vision of the European cultural heritage, who always broadened his field of work through continuous technical exploration, delving into disciplines such as ceramics, sculpture and poetry.
