In conjunction with the latest edition of Gastrofestival, to be held in Madrid from 20 January to 4 February, the museum is offering an activity that combines a guided tour on the theme of gastronomy with a cookery workshop. In the workshop, which takes place immediately after the tour, participants will make and taste a series of dishes inspired by the works of art seen in the galleries, including: “Adam and Eve mille-feuille”, “The Last Supper”, “Future Margherita” and “Dutch Salmon”. This activity takes place on Saturday 20 and 27 January and Saturday 3 February in the morning.

In addition, the gastronomic themed route of works in the permanent collection, which is one of the numerous thematic routes offered to visitors, has just been published in an audio guide format and is now available at the museum and from its website with the option to purchase entry ticket + audio guide for € 13,80.
