The Museum’s Information Desk has information for visitors on all aspects of the Collection and the cultural programmes organised by the Museum. There are general information leaflets in Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Japanese and Russian (available here to download). There are also leaflets in Braille.
All objects such as umbrellas, rucksacks, suitcases, large bags, toys, balloons and balls must be left in the cloakrooms. For security reasons, items too large to pass through the scanner are not allowed and for hygiene reasons, nor animals nor plants.
This free service also provides cane-seats (only available during visit to the Permanent Collection), baby pushchairs and wheelchairs available for visitor use.
