Holders of the `Soy de la Mutua´ (Mutua Member) card (company cards are not valid) can obtain up to two free tickets at the museum ticket office. They must present their card along with a valid ID (ID card, passport or driving licence). Tickets are valid for the same day only and cannot be booked in advance. Subject to availability.
Do pensioners receive a discount?
Yes, pensioners are eligible for a reduced ticket. Valid proof must be presented at the ticket office or upon entry if the ticket was purchased online.
How much does a ticket cost for kids?
Visitors under 18 receive free admission. However, for school visits, the student reduced rate applies. Tickets must be obtained at the ticket office or online.
